Everyone of us want to be seen beautiful and charming and fascinating especially woman of all ages are very worried about their nice look and always try to keep themselves in their best lovely condition. Equally men too always try to beautify themselves. Sometime various creams are used for beauty purposes while in other time some people use lotion for making themselves as softer and more beautiful. Every single woman whether thick or thin, short or tall, white or black or pale, is always busy in making herself look beautiful. For this purpose they sometime take help from shampoos, sometime from conditioners and other hair products. Completely from top to toe we take care of all our body parts to give a stylish look to ourselves.

But in today’s world everyone is so busy that can’t find proper time to make oneself beautiful and lovely. Some are busy in babies’ caring while other are busy in offices for various works. But I am stressing you that “yes” cosmetics are for you and by using them you can give yourself a beautiful look among others. Some creams have ability to absorb into the skin and it eradicates germs from the skin which is a plus. Moreover the more you are beautiful the more you can make your husband loyal and it leads to a better and long-lasting marital life.

So I am going to tell you some easy to follow tactics for making yourself beautiful. It may be not possible for all people to follow and apply all these tactics but every one of you can find some better options among them to apply to yourself for beautification. This article is for all those people of all ages who want to be looked as awesome.

BELIEF IS PREREQUISITE

Yes, it is true that everyone in this world is beautiful and awesome because The Only Creator has made us all so beautiful. Everyone has one’s unique talents, abilities, style, accent, gait, manner, voice, and such. The awesome and charming and smelling flowers and gardens around us, an additional touch to it. The flying birds and waving leaves of trees and the various smells of various flowers are even more addition to it. Secondly you should think of yourself as more beautiful, because you are. This belief will help you to feel more confident and can help you to go ahead of others in any field you are in. When you think that everyone has unique beauty then, you will automatically feel beautiful from inside. In short no one is less compared to anyone here in this world. When you have such belief then you will feel like a star among your friends and family.

There is a maxim which says “real beauty comes from within” which is true even when you talk about external beauty. When you feel more confident with yourself, it assists you to alter some small factors that you may not realize in your life and the result of this is that you really feel more beautiful as well. So holding this first belief—everyone is beautiful, is the actual key. Daily go and stand in front of mirror and say to yourself that you are so beautiful and unique, it will grow your confidence. Yes, that’s true because no one has eyes, lips, facial structure, hair etc as yours. And you are unique—so awesome. Through this only you are able to eradicate the feelings of inferiority which created by some foolish and idiot people, most probably due to feeling of jealousy towards you.

Your health should be your first priority because—let take an example—you apply the best makeup to yourself, pick the nice looking dress, wear your favorite and amazing shoes, wear sunglasses, having pink color wrest watch on your left hand but on the day you feel SICK. How would you feel from your inside and from the rest of the people too? Beautiful and amazing because you are wearing such a nice collection. No, not at all. So it is very necessary to concentrate on your health will add more beauty to your face and skin color. So it is highly recommended that you must take great care of your health all the time. Try to drink at least 3 liters of water a day. This will cause your blood circulation keep moving in better condition and will kick out toxins of your blood and will result in extra radiant skin. I myself have tried this and yes some people say to me that they are impressed by my skin color and brightness. Try to include more and more vegetables, fruits and greens in your diet. In last but not the least if you are a woman then, wear the most beautiful ornament on yourself. Keep smile on your face all the time because a happy smiling face can win lots of cosmetics available in market.

SUPPLEMENT WITH STYLE

You may feel bore with the old maintained version (looks and appearance) of you, don’t limit yourself inside a strict the only style, you have adopted. Go for a haircut and change your dressing style and give your hair a unique look that you have never applied to your hair. To make your hair oily and shiny and mask greying apply a few drops of oil to it every morning. Examples of some good oil are sesame oil, rosemary or castor oil. TAKE EXERCISE

Try to have at least 30 minute of time for workout. It will keep you fit and confident all the day long. You don’t need to do a very vigorous exercise but it can be of any type of activity like brisk walking, running, jogging, cycling and push-ups or chin-ups. Any type of exercise will help you stay fit and healthy.

If you don’t find time to go to gym then there are some tactics you can do at your home to keep yourself fit. You can do push-ups or chin-ups, sits-ups, Yoga etc.

Always try to keep your posture in a way that you stand straight with your shoulders and down and your chest out. It will help you look better and will make you confident. Try in the mirror to correct your posture.

DYE YOUR HAIR

Always try to give color to your hair because it will make your hair stand out. Use ammonia-free kits on your hair or ask your stylist or colorist to use ammonia-free kits. Ask for semi-permanent dye and always grip your hair color and texture. Every hair type is attractive so don’t always think about it.

BRUSH YOUR TEETH

Make it a habit that you brush your teeth twice a day. If you can manage then after brushing use the restorative mouth wash. After having eaten meal chew a sugar-free gum because it helps in saliva flow which ultimately lessens the possibility of cavities. Chewing sugar-free gums helps in preventing the plaque acid. Consult a dentist at least twice a year for checkups and cleaning. Try to use straw while you drink strong acidic drinks like coffee or soda to stop corrosion of enamel.

If you want to whiten your teeth then add a little baking soda to your toothbrush. It will help you to have whiter, brighter and shiny teeth. Adding baking soda once a week will do the job.

GET ENOUGH SLEEP

We all know that after waking from sleep we feel so fresh that like we never got tired. So sleep is very important to be fresh and healthy and beautiful. We all because of our busy schedule don’t sleep nearly enough. To have the best amount of sleep you must sleep for 7-8 hours a day. However some people only need 5 hours while others need 10 hours of sleep a day. Set a regular bedtime and go to bed on that specified time daily. Don’t eat before 2 hours you go to bed. Try to avoid caffeine before going to bed because it causes you to have restless night. If you have difficult time with sleep, then try to use melatonin which is a natural supplement and helps in relaxation and sleep.

Always remove your makeup before you go to bed. You need to make it sure that your skin is clean before you get to bed because skin with makeup can cause block the pores while you’re sleeping.

KEEP YOUR EYES CLEAN

It is obvious that you seem to be more beautiful if you keep your eyes clean and take extra care of it. After makeup when you wash your eyes, try to use oil and not soap because soap causes to damage your delicate skin under your eyes. Keep cucumber slice on your eyes once a week so that dark circle can be avoided.

Use Vaseline to moisturize your feet before you put on your summer sandals. Before going to bed give a thick cover of Vaseline to your feet and cover them with old pair of socks. During sleeping the Vaseline will go inside your skin and remove all cracks and dryness. The next morning your feet will be soft and lithe and you can wear your favorite sandals with pride.

If there are patches on your nails, then consume more calcium or take calcium supplements because these patches are due to calcium deficiency. Get rid of these patches on your nail will give a smoother and nicer look to your nails.

Regular manicures and pedicures will promote healthy and strong nails but skip the nail polish. This will keep your fingernails and toenails smoother, shinier and healthier.

Try to have a nice attitude, because if other people like your attitude, it will make you nicer. You need to be pretty inside out.

FILTHY MOUTH ODOR

If other people feel a filthy odor coming from your mouth then, they will not like to talk with you and will try to avoid you. If you have acne on your face then try to include protein-rich foods in your diet like nuts and fish which help in reducing inflammation in the skin.
